My Collection, Swatched: Zoya Faye (Day 10)

Are you all still with me?  I hope you are enjoying the Zoyas, I am having fun swatching them!

Faye is a gorgeous fleck glitter.  It is a light purple base with gold fleck, and it looks great on the nails as it shows up as a glitter duochrome: Gorgeous!  The formula was great, but I used 3 coats for the swatch to get it fully opaque.

This is outdoors, shade.

This is indoors with flash. You can see the purple really well here.

My Collection, Swatched: Nina Ultra Pro Molten Gold

Molten Gold is a gorgeous duochrome that flashes gold and rose-gold/pink.  It is a beautiful color and is opaque in 2 coats, but I usually add a third coat in case there are any patches due to application.  The color is so beautiful, it looks like the most perfect sunset in a bottle.  The duochrome is visible on the nail and looks like it is on fire: Love!

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Sienna

Julep Sienna is a metallic champagne, gold color. I am usually not a fan of this type of finish, but this color is gorgeous!  I love the metallic/foil finish on this one because it does not show too many brushstrokes.   I would recommend using a ridgefiller basecoat with this polish to get the most perfect finish.  The image shows two coats of the color, which is all you need for full opacity.  I fell in love with this polish once I went outside, it has a beautiful shine in sunlight.

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Alfre

Julep Alfre is a muted lavender color with a metallic finish.  It has a silvery sheen to it and does show brushstrokes, but these are minimal if you are careful with application.  This color only requires one coat, but I applied two coats for the images.

Again, outdoors in direct sunlight.

This is outdoors in sunlight.  This shows the color and finish more accurately.  The color almost seems glassy when indoors our in any other lighting.

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Zoe

Julep Zoe is a burnished copper/bronze color with a metallic finish.  The polish covers in two coats, but does show some brushstrokes, so I would recommend being careful with this color.  While I am not a big fan of metallic finishes, I do like the color of this one because it is unique and unlike anything else I own.

This image is outdoors without flash. The picture shows a lot more orange than is visible in real life.  The polish has more of a bronze tone to it, like the bottle image above.

This is indoors without flash. This image is a better representation of how it looks in real life, but still showing a lot of orange.

My Collection, Swatched: Butter London HRH

This is Butter London HRH, a gorgeous royal purple (hence the name) with a foil-like finish to it.  It is beautiful on the nails, swatched with three coats, but opaque in two.

This image is outdoors with flash.  The color is a lot brighter when outdoors.

This is outdoors without flash.  This color is so beautiful, looks like it is glowing!

This image is indoors with flash.  The color is not this bright in real life, but has a lot of depth and shine to it.

The formula on this one was great as well, but I would recommend being extra careful with application as this does pool a bit around the edges.
