My Collection, Swatched: Zoya Areej (Day 8)

Areej is a medium pink-purple creme color.  Zoya describes it as a fuschia pink, but I would say it leans more purple to me.  The formula was great, as always. (I feel like I will be repeating myself over and over again with these Zoya swatches).  The color was opaque in 2 easy coats, and has a nice finish.  This is such a fun color for toes.

My Collection, Swatched: Zoya Happi (Day 6)

Happi is a bright pink that flashes green-gold duochrome.  The color is amazing, and really does live up to its name.  The formula, again, is great and covers opaquely in 2-3 coats (depending on how thick you make your coats).  This a great pink for the Spring and Summer.  Every time I wear this color, I end up staring at my hands all day.

Indoors, no flash. Sorry for the blurry picture, I just wanted to show how it looks without any direct light on it- still glowing!

My Collection, Swatched: Zoya Cassi (Day 5)

Cassi is a light, warm pink with silvery microshimmer running through it.  Zoya describes it as: " Light warm peachy-pink with coral tones and sparkling white gold shimmer. An undeniably girly shade for fingers and toes."  So true, it is very girly, and perfect for a Spring/Summer manicure.  The color is sheer at one coat, but it easily builds to full opacity in two coats.  As always, the formula on this was great, so easy to work with.

My Collection, Swatched: Zoya Lolly (Day 3)

Lolly is a hot pink matte color from the Mod Matte collection.  The formula on this is good, similar to the Matte Velvet collection finishes as this is a matte velvet.  These colors do not have the same "shimmer" that the original collection had (see post on Harlow).  The color is not unique, but the matte formula makes it different, it has a softer finish.

My Collection, Swatched: Nina Ultra Pro Molten Gold

Molten Gold is a gorgeous duochrome that flashes gold and rose-gold/pink.  It is a beautiful color and is opaque in 2 coats, but I usually add a third coat in case there are any patches due to application.  The color is so beautiful, it looks like the most perfect sunset in a bottle.  The duochrome is visible on the nail and looks like it is on fire: Love!

My Collection, Swatched: Nina Ultra Pro Spun Sugar

Spun Sugar is a light pink/beige/cream color with a soft shimmer running through.  The shimmer is not visible on the nail, but adds some depth to the color.  Overall this is a great neutral color that leans a bit warm.  I would say this is very work appropriate, not something I am usually a fan of, but I love this color.  The formula is a bit thick, but very easy to work with and the color is opaque in 2 coats.  Honestly, I love this brand, and I wish I owned more of them.  Nina Ultra Pro is availabe at Sally Beauty Supply, and is pretty affordable.  They come in awesome colors, including lots of neons and duochromes.

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Drew

Julep Drew is a deep berry fuchsia color.  This is a cream finish and applies so easily.  This color is very pretty, but nothing unique.  The color is darker than it appears in the images, sorry for that, my camera tries to brighten everything.  I originally thought this would be similar to Butter London Snog, but this is a bit darker, more deeper pink.  The formula was good, only needed two coats for opacity.

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Samantha

Julep Samantha is a neon hot pink that dries to a matte finish.  The color is beautiful and covers opaquely in two coats.  This is one of my favorite neon colors because it covers so well, and does not require a lot of work.  Also, it does not have any shimmer running through it like a lot of other brands do.

These images are showing up red on my screen, but this is a true hot pink.  This image is Samantha without a top coat so you can see the finish of the polish.

This is Samantha with topcoat and indoors with flash.  The color is great and so vibrant, perfect for summer!

My Collection, Swatched: Butter London Snog

Butter London Snog is a bright, hot pink creme with a glossy finish.  This is a great hot pink color with a berry tone to it.  It covers beautifully in two coats and has a glossy finish, even though I had to add a top coat.

My Collection, Swatched: Julep Reese

Julep Reese is a creme Barbie pink color.  The formula on this was a bit thick and I had a little bubbling with application.  Other than that, it was a beautiful two coats for full coverage.  The color is nothing special, just another medium pink.

My Collection, Swatched: Butter London Rosie Lee

Butter London Rosie Lee is a small rose gold glitter in a clear base.  The glitter is very reflective, and can be applied sheer or built up for full opacity.  In the swatches, the index finger has one coat of the polish, the middle finger has two coats, and the ring finger has three coats.

This color is so pretty and feminine.  The glitter is quite dense, but must be built up.  Even with three coats, there are some patches visible.  I would recommend using thicker layers or adding a fourth coat for full coverage.  This also looks great as a layering polish.

My Collection, Swatched: Butter London Toff

Butter London Toff is a purple/rose creme with a glossy finish.  The swatches show three coats of Toff with base and top coat (Orly Top to Bottom).

The formula on this one was great, but a bit on the thick side.  I had no issues with application.

This color is difficult to place, it is one of those work-safe colors that I do not necessarily gravitate towards.  Overall, it is boring, but it looks nice, and would be perfect for an interview or more formal event.

BTW, I looked up the word Toff (seeing as I had no clue what it meant) and it is British slang that is used to refer to anyone who is well-off or landed gentry.  I guess the name is appropriate, very prim and proper.
